I sketched this when I was in the countryside and then I put it on hold until now.

I'd really appreciate comments on this because it's a bit different than what I usually do, and it's the first work in a while I'm actually pleased with. I like doing portraits and fanart and anime-ish stuff, but this has a bit more of myself in it than any of those. Well, maybe except the self-portrait, lol...

I think kids these days don't enjoy childhood as much as we used to, not to mention as much as our parents used too (oh dear, I sound like a grumbling old hag ). But still... I see it so often, little boys you can't detach from playing fifa or whatever on the computer, little girls with painted nails and makeup (and I mean kids, not teenagers) who act like they're adults... Heck, I used to stay in the swings area for hours or climb trees or go biking or skating... Or play games with other kids (most of which seem to have been forgotten).
